Many of us cannot wait to have our degrees in our hands so that we can embark on our journey to 'freedom' where we aren’t tied to classroom timings, assignments deadlines, tests and examinations, etc. In the process, we over look that with such 'freedom', comes the element of greater responsibilities towards individuals who brought us this far. Here is a story about a final year student sharing her thoughts and her future plans. 

In the rural areas of Kenya, The World Federation has 3,681 little friends who arrive at school and Madrasah with empty stomachs. Because their parents are not able to afford even a simple meal, many of these children may not have eaten a decent meal in days. Please join The World Federation's "Fill My Cup' programme and help us raise funds to fight hunger in Kenya.

drThe President of the World Federation of KSIMC, Alhaj Dr. Asgarali Moledina, visited Kuala Lumpur with his wife and spent an evening with the Khoja Shia Ithna Asheri students and the community  during a specially organised Dua-e-Tawassul Programme for both ladies and gents on Tuesday, 20 March 2012, coinciding with the day of Nawroz, at Al-Mawaddat Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
